Alexis Bozek is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from a small town north of Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose path to advanced practice was shaped by years of hands-on nursing experience in medical-surgical, oncology, and emergency settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan–Flint and is currently completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (expected May 2026). Outside the clinic, Alexis brings that same creative, intentional energy to her personal life — cooking nutritious meals, staying active, and expressing herself through music, decorating, and fashion.

Her clinical focus spans primary care, weight management, and women's health, with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine and sustainable lifestyle strategies. She is passionate about meeting patients where they are and equipping them with practical tools to support long-term health and well-being — not quick fixes, but real, lasting change.

Alexis approaches every patient interaction with warmth, curiosity, and a whole-person perspective, integrating physical wellness with the mental and emotional dimensions of health. Her background across diverse clinical environments has given her the versatility and empathy to care for patients at every stage of life.
