Victoria Miller, RN, BSN, brings more than 22 years of experience at Celly Mobile Dialysis — spanning her foundational tenure as CNO through her current dual role as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Executive Officer. A nurse-turned-CEO, she leads an acute mobile dialysis company serving patients where and when they need care most.

That question led Victoria from the bedside to the boardroom — and it still shapes every decision she makes. Her dual role as CEO and CNO is intentional. Nursing is not a credential she holds in the background; it is the lens through which she leads. Victoria brings a firsthand understanding of the clinical realities her teams face, the complexity of renal disease management, and what is at stake when care fails to reach its full potential.

Victoria oversees acute dialysis operations with the same hands-on commitment she brought to patient care early in her career. Under her clinical leadership, Celly Mobile Dialysis is expanding beyond traditional dialysis services into innovative programs — including Direct Primary Care and a Long COVID and Chronic Inflammation Program — because patients with complex, chronic conditions deserve integrated, forward-thinking care that meets them where they are.

She believes deeply that a strong, supported nursing team and exceptional patient outcomes are never in conflict. They are the same goal. Victoria is known for her steady, empowering leadership style — one that lifts clinicians up and drives excellence across every level of care.
